Shipping times and costs:

All orders received by 7.00 pm are processed on the same working day and shipped the following day, delivery by courier usually takes place within 24/48 working hours, from shipment throughout the national territory and generally one day more for islands or disadvantaged territories. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will start after the credit has been received.

Returns Policy:

Returns of all products are accepted within 14 days of purchase regardless of the reason, except in cases where the product is not intact or has been damaged by misuse. In any case, returns must be authorized by sending an email to: automia.ricambi@gmail.com providing a description of the reason for the return or the defect found and viewed upon receipt before reimbursement.
